Delivered fresh to us so that we can cook them fresh for you! We dust them in our special blend of seasoning, grill to perfection. Served with Two Eggs and your choice of Toast, Muffin or Biscuit.

CLAM FRITTERS *
Try them for a breakfast treat! Our own secret and very tasty recipe, these tender cakes are lightly browned and served with Two Eggs and Lemon and Tartar sauce. Served with your choice of Toast, Muffin or Biscuit.

THE NORTHWESTERN OMELETTE *
Ham, Sweet Red Pepper, Mushrooms, Onion and Jack Cheese in a fluffy Egg Omelette topped with Sour Cream and Basil Pesto, served with potatoes and your choice of toast, muffin or biscuit.

MARIONBERRY STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
A favorite at Fishtails Café, we take our housemade bread rounds with a slightly sweetened Cream Cheese mixture between two slices, dip it in Cream and Eggs and sauté it to a delicate golden brown and topped with our homemade Marionberry sauce. Sinfully delicious!

PUMPKIN PANCAKES

Fresh baked Turkey stacked with Bacon, Tomato, Lettuce and Mayonnaise on our homemade sourdough and oven–toasted.

MISS MAYHEM
Created by Chef Jace Bennet and named for his daughter, this sandwich has Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Havarti Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes reconstituted in wine and fresh Spinach. Then sauteed with Cilantro, fresh Garlic and Feta Cheese aioli, served on our homemade Sandwich Roll.

OUR TUNA MELT
Baked Sushi Grade Albacore, Tillamook Cheddar with Smoky Thousand Island sauce served open faced on our Sourdough, oven-toasted and topped with Fresh Tomato, Sour Cream and Green Onion.
