YAQUINA BAY OYSTERS AND CHIPS These oysters are delivered fresh to us so that we can fry them fresh for you!  They are dusted lightly with Panko (a Japanese bread crumb), flour, salt, pepper and then grilled.                10.25

CLAM FRITTERS AND CHIPS Our own secret and very tasty recipe, these tender cakes are grilled until lightly browned.   Try them for a luncheon treat.    10.25

Baked Albacore Tuna, bits of Crisp Bacon, fresh Roma Tomatoes, and Cheddar layered on our homemade Sourdough bread spread with a Secret Sauce, open-faced and oven-toasted topped with Sour Cream and Green Onion.   7.95

DOYLE'S SUPER CHEESE-IT   Ham, Swiss,  Jack, and Cheddar Cheeses with our Smoky Thousand Island Sauce, oven-toasted on our Homemade Sourdough Bread.  Created by one of our local customers, this is a feisty, cheesy sandwich--and popular, so we decided to put it on our menu  8.25

Fishtails Café knows how to do it.  We start with Rye bread and spread some sauce on it then some good Pastrami goes on, the good Sauerkraut goes on, top it with the good Swiss cheese and oven-toast it for that extra flavor.  7.95
